Beyonce's ready to mix business with pleasure?

The superstar has been estranged from her father/manager Matthew Knowles for months following the discovery of Big Matt's infidelity and alleged love child with a TV actress. But rumors are alleging that the "Halo" singer has officially fired her father once and for all.

But wait...there's more...

The word is that Bey is looking to replace Matthew with that other man in her life, hubby Jay-Z.

Jay has experience as an executive, and is obviously a smart businessman, but how many successful artists has he actually managed? Memphis Bleek?

Here's hoping Beyonce keeps her work and home life separate--except for a few collabos here and there.
