Baller Says Royce Reed Violated Gag Order

Dwight Howard is fed up with his baby's mother, "Basketball Wives" star Royce Reed, talking about him to the media--and he's trying to do something about it. According to TMZ, the Defensive Player of the Year is filing a suit against Reed claiming she has violated a 2009 gag order.

In the court documents, D-Howard says that if the leaked stories regarding what Reed has said reached 1,000,000 people, the damages should add up to $500,500,000 because of their previous agreement.

Howard and Reed have been feuding in the press for quite some time now, but it would be highly unlikely that this suit ever gains any real ground.
