Details Emerge Involving Money & Set-Ups

Shaquille and Shaunie O'Neal's divorce is getting more and more complicated, dirty and scandalous. According to Radar Online, Shaunie was plotting to meet with Vanessa Lopez, one of Shaq's mistresses, in the hopes of convincing Lopez to go public with her affair with the then-married NBA superstar. Shaunie even allegedly planned to pay Lopez off for airing Shaq's indiscretions. If Shaunie could prove Shaq was an adulterer, she could likely get more money in her divorce.

But Lopez is affiliated with the same man that is suing Shaq for hacking his computer (as was reported earlier in September.) The man, Shawn Darling, is reportedly working on a tell-all book that will expose Shaunie and her plans to try and defame Shaq for money. Unfortunately for Shaunie, she signed a confidentiality agreement when she married the soon to be Hall-of-Famer--which means Shaq is holding all of the cards and could file suit against her.

“Shaunie signed a confidentiality agreement when she married Shaq,” Radar Online's source said. “But then she went and told Shawn Darling personal things-including asking him to contact Vanessa Lopez and convince her to meet. Now Shawn is threatening to expose Shaunie in the book and she’s scared, not only because she’ll be named, but because now Shaq could turn around and sue her for breach of contract.”
