Nick Cannon is still explaining his cornball image. For some that tag would be an insult, but for Cannon, it's a badge of honor. He relishes his ability to portray hip hop in a more humorous light and believes that there are a lot of people out there that appreciate the variety.

"This is really entertainment, what happened to when we were having fun in hip-hop," Cannon asked SOHH. "If I can wave that flag like, 'I'm that dude that can have fun in hip-hop,' then I don't mind being the corny dude. I have no problems with that. I've accomplished everything I've wanted to do by having a good time and doing it with a smile. So, I'm just trying to give people an alternative."
