Nicki MInaj's assistant, Safaree Samuels, is denying a rumor that the Young Money starlet had him beaten up in Houston. He traveled with Minaj over the weekend to New Orleans and Atlanta. Samuels used Twitter to vent his frustration with the lies.

"If 1 more person calls me or text me asking me if Im ok or am I hurt I'm gonna jump off a cliff," he tweeted. "U ppl cannot be serious sometimes. #coonery"

A spokesperson with Houston police department also said there is no such record of the incident.

The rumor comes on the heels of an incident last week in Dallas involving Minaj and Samuels in a physical altercation.
