Missy Elliott had to dismiss rumors that she died over the weekend. The rapper/singer/producer/songwriter jumped on Twitter to debunk any stories of her meeting her demise, in what has become an almost weekly occurrence on the popular social media site.

"I'm Great ppl 4 all who keep asking! Alive and well! Enjoy ya night tweeps!," she tweeted. "Yea Sadly sum1 was that miserable to make up such a cruel rumor! It Makes me work harder make em mad!"

"I'm done addressing the foolishness! IM ALIVE! God will deal with those who play about things like that!" she added.
