Did Drake fire a subliminal shot at Common--only to back off from it seconds later?
It certainly looks that way.
Common confirmed last week that his fiery track "Sweet" does include some barbs at Drizzy Drake, and it seems like Drake decided to take a few jabs at Common via Twitter. The Young Money superstar's sophomore album Take Care recently crossed the platinum mark, and Drake couldn't resist rubbing his commercial success in Common's face.
"Platinum. Now THAT's Sweet!" Drake tweeted; an obvious shot at Common, who's new album The Dreamer/The Believer isn't projected to come close to Drake's numbers.
But, suddenly, the antagonistic tweet was gone. So much for proving to everyone how 'tough' you can be, Drake.
