Kris Humphries is reportedly planning to subpoena Kanye West's ex-boo, Amber Rose. Rose has previously claimed that she knew that Yeezy and Kimmy hooked up years ago while she was still dating him--and despite claims by Kim and her family that they were 'just good friends' while she was briefly married to Kris.

"[Humphries legal team] will absolutely be issuing a subpoena for Amber Rose to be deposed because she has very relevant information and could contradict Kim's timeline about when she and Kanye West became romantically involved," said a close source. "Kris' team hasn't spoken to Amber yet, but they are hopeful that she will be a cooperative witness. If Kris' lawyers determine she will be a hostile witness, they will still depose her because they just want to get to the truth."
