Rosa Acosta saddened fans of T&A everywhere when she announced earlier this year that she was about ready to hang up her thongs and oils and stop posing in men's magazines. The sexy model reiterated her stance in an interview with SOHH and explained why she's moving on.
"This is probably going to be the last year I'm doing magazines," Acosta said. "A few glamour magazines. I might still want to do other type of stuff. If I do magazines next year again, it will be either promoting something bigger than modeling and I'm probably not going to be filmed naked."
"I'm not against being in the magazines but my days of modeling are over," she continued. "I do have a few other magazines that I actually shot a while ago and they are going to come through the course of this year but some of the stuff I actually shot a while ago. I don't have any interest in doing magazines no more. They don't do anything for me so I'm moving on to other things."
"I always knew this wasn't a career. I always knew this wasn't going to last forever," she said. "Even if it lasts for a long time, I happen to not want to do it no more. I'm not retiring because I'm not getting enough work. I'm pretty sure if Esther Baxter or Melyssa Ford were available to do videos, they would still be getting hired because they still look the same or even better than what they looked five or ten years ago."
