Kat Stacks Fights Deportation

Notorious supergroupie Kat Stacks, born Andrea Herrera, is still fighting hard to stay in the United States. Stacks' lawyer is appealing the judge's decision to deport his client, and her mother is fighting to get her a green card. Mama Stacks even requested that the Obama administration defer the deportation for two years while the fight to grant her citizenship continues.

Stacks claims that her past as a sex worker was the result of her being underaged and influenced by a pimp.

"The laws are supposed to protect victims like me from all the underage stuff that happened because all my charges were when I was underage, and I was under the influence of a pimp," she said in a phone call.

But Judge Jerry Beatmann Sr. ruled in Louisiana that "her conduct was in no way indicative of someone who wants to help others, make positive changes, or be a role model."
