Fantasia's Affair Began During Cook's Marriage

Antwaun Cook finally admitted what the world already knew; he cheated on his estranged wife, Paula with singer Fantasia back in 2009. Despite the fact that both Antwaun and Fanny denied the allegations at the time; but photos of them together surfaced long before he separated from his wife.

“The parties consent and agree that Palintiff [Paula] and Defendant [Antwaun] are husband and wife having been lawfully married to each other on October 1, 2005 and separated on June 16, 2010,” court documents read.

In North Carolina, one can sue a homewrecker for being a homewrecker. Bossip reports that Paula could legally sue Fantasia for 'alienation of affection,' which means a third party can be sued for coming between spouses.

This could get ugly, folks.
