Chad Johnson Finally Agrees To Divorce

Unemployed NFL star Chad Johnson has finally granted his wife Evelyn Lozada a divorce. Johnson pleaded not guilty to a single battery charge involving the alleged domestic violence incident that occurred between the two last month.

Lozada filed for divorce after their altercation--during which Johnson allegedly head-butted her--but he subsequently refused to sign the divorce papers.

He's now agreed to move forward with the split, but he's reportedly trying to keep the terms of their pre-nup valid.
