Rapper Claims He Only Makes $4,000 A Month

Bow Wow was just named the new host of BET's "106 & Park," but life may not be all that great for the rapper-turned-actor-turned-TV personality. Bow Wow reportedly told a judge that he only makes $4,000 a month as an 'employee' at Cash Money Records. The star is involved in a child support dispute with Joie Chavis, the mother of his daughter, Shai.

Bow Wow claims that he only has $1,500 in the bank but volunteered to dish out a generous amount of $3000 a month for child support.

Bow Wow also refused to disclose that he had landed the new gig at BET. The $3000 a month was temporarily put in place for child support, plus $11,500 in back child support.
