Amber Rose is carrying around a little Wiz Khalifa, so you have to expect the voluptuous vixen to have her fair share of cravings.

Rose was spotted out--looking extremely pregnant--and making a run for an ice cream. She was almost unrecognizable with her new black 'do and big ol' baby bump. And just to remind everyone that she still keeps it fab--Amber hit up the nail salon after grabbing her snack.

She recently tweeted that, while she's technically Wiz's fiancee--she loves it when he calls her his 'baby momma.'

"I love when he calls me his "B.M" Lol it makes me feel ratchet and I like it ;-)" she tweeted.
