Brandy shared her excitement and congratulations for Kanye West and Kim Kardashian. The high-profile couple revealed earlier this week that they are expecting their first child together, and the veteran R&B star said that has nothing but best wishes for both of them.

"It's very exciting," she told PopStopTV. "I'm very happy for Kim and happy for Kanye."

"I was looking at pictures of them online and they just look so happy, really, really happy," she added. "I'm really happy for her. [Words of wisdom for Kim?] Oh my God, yeah, I've got so many words of wisdom. She's not going [to need them] until they get about five or six but, you know, I think the key to being a good parent is just to remember you were once a child. I think when you have that perspective, everything floats."
