"Love & Hip Hop" star Erica Mena revealed during a screening for the show's upcoming season that she and music manager Rich Dollaz are now engaged. According to Necole Bitchie, Erica has a new "R" tattoo and the couple is planning a summer wedding.

During the Q&A session, Rich tried to keep it professional.

"I gotta give it some thought because I’m a little twisted but I think that Erica is a good person and in working with good people you are able to um…At the end of the day, we are here," Rich said, while trying to explain what it's like working with Erica. "I make stars and I’m gonna make her one.
