''We Were Not the Best Friends For A Long Time''

Nas talked openly about his relationship with his ex-wife, singer Kelis, during a recent interview. The rapper revealed that the former couple is on much better terms than they had been following their split--but made sure to make it clear that they are not in any way romantically-involved.

They just don't seem to hate each other anymore.

"We're back together as friends," he said during an appearance on New York's Hot 97. "We were not friends. We were not the best friends for a long time. It was crazy. We're friends now. That's what it is. We're not together. We're friends though."
