Karrine "Superhead" Steffans is promoting her upcoming tell-all book How To Make Love To A Martian, which details her experiences with rap superstar Lil Wayne. In a promo for the book, the notorious hip hop groupie is seen sprawled on a bed in dainty underwear, as her voice-over reveals her inner conflict regarding her relationship with Weezy.

"It had all come to this," Steffans says. "I'd been with him so long--there was no way I'd leave him for my husband. There was no way I'd settle for a life without him--but no way I'd settle for life with him...a life on the road, swimming in a pool of women."

Then she reveals a pregnancy.

"But this baby in my stomach, my secret," she says. "How would I tell my husband? How would I tell my lover? My martian?"
