Karrueche Tran is half-black, half-Vietnamese, but when she playfully quoted a Trinidad James lyric on Twitter, some of her followers didn't seem to want to give the model a "pass" for using the N-word.

"If you a real n***a, then f*ck with me," she tweeted.

Soon after, she had some very angry folks coming after her on Twitter. She basically laughed off the controversy.

"I'm half black so I can say n***a lol" she responded.

"I guess I can only say N*G"
