The Victoria's Secret model posted a photo on her Instagram that had her and the Harlem-born rhymer looking very cozy. The 22 year old included the caption "VERY RARE" and was holding hands with the 24-year old rapper.

They're looking very cuddly and are even wearing--GASP!--matching Jordans.

Rocky loves fashion. Chanel's a fashion model.
