R&B singer Kelly Rowland made a glamarous apperance at last night's Oscars (February 24th) and everyone was raving about her look. The star appeared on several "Best Dressed" lists for her outfit--but some fans noticed something else that she was wearing besides her stunning dress.

There was a ring on her ring finger--and that's enough to get people talking.

It likely wasn't an engagement ring, but everyone is wondering how long before Kelly and her manager/boyfriend, Tim Weatherspoon, make it official. They've been quiet about their relationship, but any and every little thing gets scrutinized when you're Beyonce's BFF.
