You knew it was coming.

The rumor mill is buzzing once again about Chris Brown and Rihanna--this time, word is that the controversial couple is planning to get married in a secret ceremony. Star Magazine claims that they have a wedding-to-end-all-weddings in the works.

“They want tattoo artists, fire breathers and a near-nekked waitstaff,” says a source. “They’re even talking about having pre-rolled joints at the reception!”

The nuptials are alleged to be taking place in Barbados at the end of July.

All about swagger, bling and sin,” says the source. “They want to celebrate their relationship with people who believe Chris has changed.”
