Waka Flocka Dating Kat Stacks?!?

Like the IRS, it seems like everybody in hip hop is having some type of Kat Stacks-related drama these days. But, could it be that an up-and-coming Atlanta rapper has wifed up the notorious party girl?

Kat Stacks tweeted a photo that she claims is her and Waka Flocka in an intimate embrace. It's not clear if it's truly either of them, but there are claims that they are actually dating. There's probably little-to-no truth to it, and anyone who would get 'serious' with Kat Stacks has low self-esteem or a serious drug problem.

Counseling may be in order.
