Rapino shepherded the Live Nation purchase of Ticketmaster, and now Ticketmaster.com is the country's third largest retail site. processing 8 billion in transactions annually. LiveNation.com has also become one of the largest music retail sites online. “Now, I’m not just a guy with the stage who puts on the show.” Rapino said in a 2010 New York Times interview.
