Amy DoyleAmy Doyle oversees programming for one of television's most iconic brands. MTV remains at the forefront of youth culture, and keeping it there is the 39-year old Doyle. As MTV executive vice president of music and talent, Doyle constantly heads MTV's continuing efforts to expose audiences to new artists and weave music into its programming

Doyle has helped lead shows like the Video Music Awards back to the top of the ratings. The show drew 8.4 million viewers last year, which, according to Neilsen Media Research, was a 19% spike over the year before. Doyle was also named to McRains New York's 40 Under 40 list in 2009

Doyle has been instrumental in finding new and exciting ways to reach MTV's audience; from providing soundtracks for "The Hills" or songs on the popular video game Rock Band. She also spoke at the South By SouthWest Festival on a panel called "Reaching Your Audience On Their Terms."

“Music always has been and continues to be at the core of our identity and our brand," Doyle said. "Now we have more screens and platforms than ever to showcase music and work with artists in creative ways.”
