Jay In 2009, Jeezy joined Jay-Z on his "Blueprint 3 Tour" and Jeezy's Thug Motivation 103 remains one of the year's most highly-anticipated releases. He also expanding on what has been described as a 'maturing' 8732 apparel line and took home two BMI Urban awards for his success with hit singles like "Put On," and Usher's "Love In This Club."

Jeezy remains one of the most active and visible members of the Atlanta hip hop community. He has been consistently committed to charity work. The trap rap superstar's foundation, Street Dreamz, supplied children with supplies and clothes during a successful Back to school event for Atlanta students in 2010.

Jeezy also made an appearance in the film Janky Promoters with rapper/actor Ice Cube and comedian Mike Epps. With the impending release of his latest album, Jeezy has raised his profile throughout 2010, appearing on singles by notable artists such as Rihanna, Fat Joe and Bun B.

"I don’t think that I should get off my square and try to do something that’s too far out the box because that’s what everybody else is doing," the rapper says. "I’m just trying to get my point across for the people."
