Producer Jim Jonsin continues to prove he is one of urban music's most consistent production men. The Jonsin-produced Usher hit "There Goes My Baby" took home Best Male R&B Vocal Performance and Eminem's Recovery nabbed Best Rap Album and Album of the Year.
He handled the boards on several tracks from Wiz Khalifa's debut album Rolling Papers. He also joined the ever-popular "American Idol" as a judge. After helping to guide rap star B.o.B.'s career, Jonsin is focusing more on discovering new talent--like Spanish YouTube sensation Leroy. "This kid is a superstar. So we found him and I signed him, and I flew him and his family here," Jonsin said. "The Internet allowed that to happen."
He expanded his Rebel Rock Productions, also signing famed production duo Finatik and Zac along with Danny Morris to his company. He even launched his own motorsports team, Rebel Rock Racing.
