As Chief Visionary Officer of Young Money Entertainment, Bryant helps steer one of the industry’s most visible and powerful labels.
In an effort to further expand his brand and consolidate power within the industry, Bryant Management and Hip Hop Since 1978, which recently added Young Money’s Nicki Minaj to its impressive roster of clients, announced that they will be merging soon. According to Bryant, the parties are just shy of “making [their joint venture] official on paper.”
But it’s obvious from the amount of love, trust and respect that Cortez Bryant is shown by his superstar artists that the man knows what he’s doing.
"If it wasn't for Cortez, me and Lil Wayne wouldn't be here." Drake said in an interview at the beginning of the year. "If you love Drake and Lil Wayne, you gotta love Cortez Bryant. I do.”
