Beanie Sigel Facing Tax Evasion Charges

Beanie Sigel has become the latest rapper to face charges of tax fraud. It is alleged by federal prosecutors that Sigel, born Dwight Grant, filed no tax returns from 2002 to 2004, though he made $1.5 million.

Sigel has served prison time for weapons and drug-related offenses, but he has also led anti-violence rallies in his hometown of Philadelphia and spoken to high school students about life choices. All reports indicate the "Broad Street Bully" is cooperating with authorities in their investigation.
