Nicki Minaj set the record straight regarding her recent 'appearance' on 9-year old Willow Smith's "Whip My Hair" remix. The femcee popped up on the song by the pint-size Roc Nation singer but revealed via her Twitter account that it's not really an authentic collabo.

"I did NOT do the whip my hair rmx. Sum1 took an OLD verse and put it on the song," Nicki tweeted. "original song was called "lookin at me" a year ago."

"Whip My Hair" is Willow's debut single and was produced by Jukebox, and the precocious daughter of power couple Jada and Will Smith has been receiving a ton of support from heavyweights around the music industry.
