T.I.'s probation officer is recommending the rapper do eight to 14 months in prison if his probation is revoked for his September 1st arrest in Los Angeles. T.I.'s attorneys countered that, at the most, the rapper should only face five to eleven months in prison.
T.I., born Clifford Harris, was stopped on Sept. 1 on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood after making an illegal U-turn. Police say they found several pills confirmed to be a controlled substance. There were three possible violations of his bond that were listed in his earlier summons; possession of the drug ecstasy, testing positive for opiates and associating with a convicted felon. His hearing is set for October 15th.
