Rapper Detained At the Border

Rapper The Game was detained at the U.S./Canada border and was subsequently barred from entering Canada to perform yesterday (April 20.) The rapper will remain there until a review hearing with the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) within the next 48 hours.

The rapper's criminal record is presumed to be the cause for his not being allowed into Canada.

"Customs officials just denied me entry into Canada," Game tweeted. "I'm being detained in Canada for 14 days until they process my inadmissibility then I'll have a hearing heard by a judge. At that point the judge will decide to either deport me or give me a sentence for violating Canada's immigrant entry laws. F%cked up situation !!! But at least they let me call home, & tweet before they lock a n!gga up !!! Gotta turn in my property, y'all be kool."
