Lil Wayne Sued Again For

Yet another producer has filed a lawsuit against Lil Wayne's Young Money imprint and Cash Money Records. David Kirkwood claims that he is owed more than $1.5 million in royalties and production costs.

The lawsuit was filed in New York Southern District Court on Friday (June 3rd), and is the third Tha Carter III lawsuit to be filed. Producer Deezle Harrison filed suit in March, saying he was never paid. Bangladesh Crawford sued in 2007 over unpaid work, as well.

No official statement has been released from Young Money, Cash Money or Lil Wayne.
