Actress Filed Suit Over ''Give Me Everything''

Actress Lindsay Lohan has filed a lawsuit against rapper Pitbull for his hit song “Give Me Everything.” Lohan's suit also names songwriters Ne-Yo and Afrojack as defendants. The actress claims that 'the lyrics, by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff.'

Lohan is suing on the grounds that her name is being exploited for commercial purposes. She says that the reference “causes [Lindsay] to be associated and identified in connection with defendants."

The actress is seeking unspecified damages and seeks an injunction to stop all broadcasting of the song.
