A Rocky Williform Company  Yesterday was a big day for Chris Brown not only did he do his first performance since the Rhianna incident; he also announced the release date for his 3rd album Graffiti. Brown tweeted that his album will be released on December 15th. Last night Brown got an idea of what crowd reactions will be like on his upcoming tour as headlined Power 105's Powerhouse show in New Jersey.
