D'Angelo Returns In Stockholm

After years of false starts and disappointing rumors, it looks like singer/songwriter D'Angelo's comeback is official happening. The acclaimed soul singer performed live onstage for the first time in over a decade yesterday (January 26), debuting new songs with his new backing band, Testimony.

D'Angelo performed at Filadelfiakyrkan in Stockholm, Sweden, debuting the songs "Sugar Daddy" and "The Charade."

It has been twelve years since D'Angelo last released an album, 2000s critically-hailed Voodoo and he has had troubles with the law, money and substance abuse over the years.
