Rapper Max B's appeal has failed. The rapper, born Charly Wingate, was convicted on 9 out of 11 counts of murder and robbery charges as the result of his role in a robbery attempt that became a homicide. The former Dipset member is now likely to spend the next 30 years in prison before he will be eligible for parole.
As of right now, the earliest Max B could leave prison is November 9, 2042.
The rapper was optimistic last year, when he was quoted as saying "You might see me in the summer. You might see me at the end of the year."
