Company Working On Bringing Back Elvis

Tupac Shakur's 'resurrection' as a hologram at this year's Coachella festival sparked much speculation as to what other deceased icons could be brought back via the technology to wow fans and audiences. It looks like rock & roll legend Elvis Presley is likely to be the first star of yesteryear to again grace the stage.

Digital Domain Media Group and Elvis Presley Enterprises have announced that they have begun work on "a series of digital Elvis Presley likenesses for shows and multi-platform entertainment projects."

"This is a new and exciting way to bring the magic and music of Elvis to life. His lifelong fans will be thrilled all over again and new audiences will discover the electric experience of Elvis the performer," DDM said via statement.
