The Miami Heat won the 2012 NBA championship with a 121-106 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder last night (June 21st), giving superstar Lebron James his first championship and the trio of Dwyane Wade, James and Chris Bosh their first together.

Several hip hop notables gave the team and James their due via Twitter.

Waka Flocka Flame tweeted what appeared to be a dig, initially.

"I just wanna kno how much they paid for that championship," he tweeted, before adding. "Congrats to the homie @KingJames !! #TripleFLife"

"Congratulations to the Miami Heat @KingJames ! Wade , Bosh, Chalmers, Coaching Staff , the n*ggas who sell Hot Dogs." Big Boi tweeted. "Players always Congratulate.... #weoutchea #ViciousLiesAndDagerousRumors November 14th."
