KRS-One Prepping New Album

Hip-Hop legend KRS-One will be releasing a new album, and it has been announced that the rhymer will be touring the UK and Europe to promote the release. With the project dubbed The BDP Album, the former Boogie Down Productions frontman will be taking his show to Germany, the Netherlands and Great Britain.

KRS' brother Kenny Parker will serve as producer and with 6.8.2. Records executive producing.

The label's press release for the album says it has been “20 years in the making” and “commemorates the roots of Hip-Hop’s defining impact on the world.”

Aside from two dates--July 23rd and 24th--at the London Jazz Cafe, no further dates have been confirmed.
