Young rapper Angel Haze is the newest signee to Universal Republic in the United States and Island Records in the United Kingdom. She released the "Reservation" EP and the single "New York" earlier this year.

The 21-year old Brooklyn based emcee made the news official; tweeting the confirmation to her fans along with a snapshot of her celebrating the signing.

"I am the newest artist signed to Universal Republic in the USA and Island Records in the UK. ;)," she tweeted.
