''We Still May Sue the Club...''

Jay-Z and the 40/40 Club will not be going forward with their lawsuit against the nightspot's former chef, Michael Shand. It was announced that Jay has dropped the suit filed against Shand for failing to return a special chicken wing recipe after he was fired.

But Shand's attorney has indicated that his client could pursue a defamation lawsuit in the wake of the bad publicity.

"We still may sue the club for defamation of character and for the return of his possessions, including his laptop, which the club still has," said lawyer Vik Pawar.
