Rapper Soulja Boy is being accused of stealing the track "Swag Daddy." Miami producers Hip Hop Frat House and Michael J. Garcia have filed a lawsuit against the Atlanta-based hip hop star and his label S.O.D. Money Gang Entertainment Inc. The suit alleges that a representative for Hip Hop Frat House presented a copyrighted track called "Racks" to Soulja Boy.
The rapper's people never responded to attempts by the producers to speak about the track, yet several months after the track was emailed, they heard Soulja Boy's "Swag Daddy."
They claim that “Swag Daddy” is based on the musical composition Hip-Hop Frat House and Garcia own. They are suing for damages and attorney fees.
