Mogul To Pay Victims $850,000

According to the NY Post, Sean "Diddy" Combs has paid $850,000 to victims who were injured in the infamous 1999 New Year's Eve club shooting. The incident involved Combs, his then-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez and protege Shyne. After an argument with patrons, Shyne opened fire into the crowd and injured three people. Diddy, Shyne and Club New York were later sued.

Shyne went to prison and Lopez subsequently split from Combs and estranged herself from the incident.

Diddy has now settled with the three injured people that initially filed suit. He will pay the victims a whopping %850,000 to put the issue to rest after almost a decade.
