Rapper 40 Glocc is suing fellow hip hop star Game over a beating that was captured on tape and published online several months ago. The altercation took place back in July in Hollywood, CA and 40 claims in court documents that he was jumped by Game and his entourage. He also alleges that Game chased him with a gun, subsequently pointing it at his chest and demanding he fight back.
Glocc says that incident left him with major eye, rib, kidney, shoulder and back injuries. He also says his face, arms and hands were wounded.
40 Glocc is seeking unspecified damages. He also says that the incident hurt his reputation.
