''It Was A Vicious Misunderstanding'' 5:30PM ET November 15th, 2012 Contributor : Chris G. A Rocky Williform Company
Hip hop fans misread comments made yesterday (November 14th) by Big Boi regarding his former OutKast partner Andre 3000's lack of involvement on Big's new album. When he sarcastically commented that 3000 wasn't available because of his Gillette endorsement deal, media interpreted the comment as being more mean-spirited than Big Boi intended.
"I was being sarcastic and they took it and ran with it," Sir Lucious Left Foot told MTV News writer Rob Markman. "It was a vicious misunderstanding, how my man ain't gonna be on my album to do a shaving commercial? Get the f--- outta here."
Big Boi is readying his album Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors for release.
