Rapper & Baby's Mother End Lengthy Court Spat

G.O.O.D. Music's Kid Cudi has agreed to let his baby's mother take full custody of their daughter. The two have been battling in court for more than a year, and the rapper has relinquished, TMZ reports. Despite the fact that Cudi claims that he bought a home in Chicago to be close to his child and her mother and has supported both of them financially, his baby's mother says that he has not been present in the child's life and that his financial contributions have been "sporadic and inconsistent amounts."

She has also claimed that Cudi has violent tendencies and cited the rapper's "long history of consistent drug and alcohol abuse."

Cudi has visitation rights and will also pay child support. He hasn't spoken publicly about the matter.
