Young Money star Drake and singer Chris Brown will not face criminal charges stemming from the infamous alleged nightclub brawl that took place at New York City's WiP nightclub this past summer. The authorities' investigation has been concluded and there will be no charges filed, according to TMZ.

According to reports, there wasn't enough evidence to move forward.

The surveillance video footage in the club where the brawl reportedly took place proved to be unusable. The footage was too dark and unclear; authorities were unable to use virtually any of it.

Drake's attorney claimed he never expected any other outcome. "Drake was never even a suspect so it's no surprise," said Blair Berk.
