''Ruth and LaToya Decided To Withdraw To Avoid Conflict''

Nate Dogg's kids have won the battle for the late hip hop singer's estate. His family have been embroiled in a feud over who gets to control Nate's estate, but the children's stepmother and grandmother have withdrawn their petition.

According to TMZ, LaToya Calvin and Ruth Homes decided to not pursue further contentious conflict.

"Nate's children wanted a 'professional administration,'" said an attorney. "And Ruth and LaToya decided to withdraw to avoid conflict with the children."

It is still undetermined as to who exactly will be in charge of Nate Dogg's estate going forward.
