With his new album O.N.I.F.C. dropping today (December 4th), rapper Wiz Khalifa sat down for a few words with Funkmaster Flex. Wiz revealed the gender of the baby he has on the way with his fiancee Amber Rose, and discussed the origins of his rap name.
"It's a boy," he told Funkmaster Flex, and revealed that he plans for more kids. "Yeah, he's gotta have a buddy, right? Can't be trying to take up all my time [laughing]."
Wiz also explained his rap moniker.
"My grandad is Muslim. So the 'Khalifa' means successor, leader, shining light. At a young age, he kinda seen that in me. He gave me that name," Wiz explained. "The Wiz part comes from being wise beyond my years."
